For many Toyota Camry owners, wanting to improve the braking performance but not wanting to replace the original hub has always been the biggest problem in the modification process. The traditional six-piston caliper is large in volume, and often needs to replace the 18-inch or even larger hub, which not only increases the cost of modification, but also affects the original comfort and low-key appearance of the vehicle.
The TTSPORT SLIM series is specially designed for this demand. The SL6S utilises high-strength forged aluminium alloy for the caliper body, which is manufactured using precision CNC machining. This ensures structural strength whilst significantly optimising the caliper’s thickness. The ultra-thin caliper design effectively enhances wheel compatibility, allowing it to fit a wider range of 15–16-inch original equipment wheels. This truly enables a ‘direct fit’ onto original wheels, eliminating the need for flanges or wheel replacement, and making the upgrade process much easier.
六活塞采用差动活塞布局，使刹车皮受力更加均匀，有效减少偏磨现象，同时提升制动力释放效率。相比原厂单活塞浮动卡钳，SL6S拥有更大的夹持面积和更直接的制动力输出，刹车脚感更加扎实，初段响应灵敏，中后段制动力持续稳定，无论城市通勤还是高速驾驶，都能给予驾驶者更充足的信心。
The six-piston caliper features a differential piston layout, which ensures more even force distribution across the brake pads, effectively reducing uneven wear whilst enhancing braking force efficiency. Compared to the standard single-piston floating caliper, the SL6S offers a larger clamping area and more direct braking force output, delivering a firmer braking feel with responsive initial engagement and consistent, stable braking force throughout the mid-to-late stages. Whether for urban commuting or motorway driving, it provides the driver with greater confidence.
搭配TTSPORT 295MM高碳刹车碟，采用高碳合金铸造工艺，相比普通铸铁碟具备更好的耐热性能与散热能力，能够有效降低连续制动产生的热衰退，提高高温工况下的制动稳定性。同时，高碳材质还能有效抑制制动抖动与噪音，让日常驾驶更加舒适。
Paired with the TTSPORT 295mm high-carbon brake discs, which are manufactured using a high-carbon alloy casting process, these discs offer superior heat resistance and heat dissipation compared to standard cast-iron discs.
