TTSPORT 全新推出的 TR69 一体锻造六活塞赛用卡钳,源自 CTCC 中国汽车场地职业联赛研发经验,针对高性能赛道驾驶进行了全面升级。相比上一代 TR65,TR69 在保持轻量化一体锻造结构的基础上,对整体刚性、活塞配置、散热效率以及制动力输出进行了重新优化。
True track braking isn’t simply about pursuing greater braking force; it’s about maintaining stable, consistent, and predictable braking performance even under continuous high temperatures and heavy braking at high speeds.
TTSPORT’s newly launched TR69 one-piece forged six-piston racing caliper, developed based on experience from the CTCC (China Touring Car Championship), has undergone comprehensive upgrades specifically for high-performance track driving. Compared to the previous-generation TR65, the TR69 retains its lightweight, one-piece forged construction while further optimizing overall rigidity, piston configuration, cooling efficiency, and braking force output.

最大的升级来自全新的差动活塞配置
TR69 采用 32/34/38MM 三阶差动活塞,相比 TR65 的 27/32/38MM,前段活塞尺寸明显加大,使刹车皮受力更加均匀,进一步提升制动力矩与夹持效率。
The biggest upgrade comes from the all-new differential piston configuration.
The TR69 features a three-stage differential piston setup with sizes of 32/34/38 mm. Compared to the TR65’s 27/32/38 mm configuration, the front-stage piston size has been significantly increased, resulting in more even force distribution across the brake pads and further enhancing braking torque and clamping efficiency.

更大的活塞规格也对应更大的刹车皮接触面积,相较于传统规格,可搭载面积更大的赛用刹车皮,不仅能够提供更强、更稳定的制动力,还能有效分散单位面积受热,降低局部高温带来的热衰减和偏磨现象。在连续高速重刹、长时间刷圈等严苛赛道工况下,能够保持更加稳定的摩擦系数与一致的制动脚感,让驾驶者在每一次入弯前都能更精准地控制制动力释放。
Larger piston sizes also correspond to a larger brake pad contact area. Compared to traditional specifications,they can accommodate racing brake pads with a larger contact area,which not only provides stronger and more stable braking force but also effectively distributes heat across a larger surface area, reducing thermal fade and uneven wear caused by localized high temperatures. Under demanding track conditions—such as continuous heavy braking at high speeds or prolonged lap times—the system maintains a more stable coefficient of friction and consistent brake feel, allowing drivers to control braking force with greater precision before every corner entry.

卡钳本体采用高强度铝合金,经多次锻压形成一体式结构,再通过五轴 CNC 精密加工完成全部安装面及内部尺寸控制,确保每一只卡钳都拥有极高的尺寸精度与结构刚性。随后经过 12 小时应力释放处理,有效消除加工残余应力,减少赛道高温工况下产生的微变形,让卡钳长期保持稳定性能。
The caliper body is made of high-strength aluminum alloy, formed into a monolithic structure through multiple forging processes, and then precision-machined using a five-axis CNC machine to control all mounting surfaces and internal dimensions, ensuring that every caliper possesses exceptional dimensional accuracy and structural rigidity. It then undergoes a 12-hour stress-relief treatment to effectively eliminate residual stresses from machining and minimize micro-deformation caused by high-temperature conditions on the racetrack, enabling the caliper to maintain stable performance over the long term.

在结构设计方面,TR69 内置隐藏式油路,减少外部管路连接,提高整体可靠性;几何强化筋结构进一步提升抗扭刚性,在极限制动压力下依旧保持稳定夹持力;多通道镂空散热设计有效降低热衰减,面对连续刷圈、高温环境以及频繁重刹时,依然能够维持优秀的散热效率。
In terms of structural design, the TR69 features a built-in, concealed hydraulic circuit that reduces the number of external tubing connections and enhances overall reliability; its geometrically reinforced rib structure further improves torsional rigidity, maintaining stable clamping force even under extreme braking pressure; and its multi-channel perforated cooling design effectively reduces thermal fade, ensuring excellent heat dissipation even during continuous lap runs, in high-temperature environments, and during frequent hard braking.

表面则采用电镀级耐高温涂装工艺,即使长期处于高温制动环境,也能保持优异的耐腐蚀性与外观质感,经受住赛道长期使用考验。
The surface features an electroplating-grade, high-temperature-resistant coating process that maintains excellent corrosion resistance and surface finish even under prolonged high-temperature braking conditions, withstanding the rigors of long-term track use.

本次案例同步搭配 STOPFLEX 380MM LCCB 长纤维碳陶刹车碟。长纤维碳陶结构具有更高的强度与耐热性能,在高温连续制动环境下依然能够保持稳定摩擦性能,同时有效降低簧下质量,提升车辆悬挂响应速度,并兼具超长使用寿命、低刹车粉尘、抗热衰减等优势,为高性能车型提供更加全面的赛道制动支持。
This application is paired with STOPFLEX 380MM LCCB long-fiber carbon-ceramic brake rotors. The long-fiber carbon-ceramic construction offers higher strength and heat resistance, maintaining stable friction performance even under continuous high-temperature braking conditions. It also effectively reduces unsprung mass, improves suspension response, and offers advantages such as an exceptionally long service life, low brake dust, and resistance to thermal fade, providing more comprehensive track braking support for high-performance vehicles.
