The 2026 Zhuhai-Hong Kong-Macau Touring Car Championship kicked off with a thrilling start from 7 to 9 May. The unpredictable weather made this event particularly challenging—with wet conditions in the rain, high temperatures on dry tracks, and constantly changing grip levels—testing the drivers’ skills lap after lap, whilst also pushing the braking systems of the race cars to their absolute limits.
Amidst this high-intensity contest, TTSPORT once again demonstrated its true track prowess:

In this event, several competing vehicles were uniformly equipped with TTSPORT TR60/TR41 racing calipers (six-piston at the front and four-piston at the rear) as standard, enabling them to tackle challenging track conditions with a professional-grade braking setup. Even when subjected to continuous, high-intensity cornering and prolonged, extreme braking, the TTSPORT racing braking system maintained a stable, linear pedal feel and demonstrated exceptional resistance to heat fade, providing drivers with consistent and precise braking performance.

Particularly in wet conditions, vehicles demand extremely precise control over the application of braking force. Too much pressure can cause the front end to dive or the rear to slide, whilst too little affects corner entry speed. Thanks to their excellent linear braking feedback, the TTSPORT TR60/TR41 allow drivers to precisely control their braking points even when attacking corners at high speed, instilling greater confidence on slippery tracks.
When conditions dry out, sustained operation at high temperatures presents the ultimate test of a braking system’s durability. Faced with prolonged high-temperature friction, TTSPORT continues to demonstrate excellent resistance to heat fade. Even during prolonged, intense racing, it maintains stable braking performance, preventing lap times from dropping due to brake fade and enabling drivers to capitalise on every overtaking opportunity.
