谷歌学生会员重新验证指南（SheerID 手动申诉，必须有 edu 邮箱）
注意：重新认证必须使用国外大学的 .edu 邮箱。
我有国外大学的 .edu 邮箱，但自动系统总是认证失败。之前通过“旁门左道”（已失效）绕过了验证。最近收到重新验证的邮件，折腾一番终于通过手动验证。虽然浪费了三个月时间（新有效期到 2027-01-01），但毕竟是白送的，也非常感谢 Google。
不要在网页上反复尝试。直接用 .edu 邮箱发送申诉邮件给 SheerID 官方客服：

Dear SheerID Support Team,
I am writing to request manual assistance with my student verification process. I attempted to verify my student status but received an error message.

Since the automated system is not working for me, I would like to verify my identity manually.
- The brand name for the offer: Google AI student offer.
- Where I am stuck: I am stuck on the verification page [填写你邮件里得到的重新验证链接，例如 https://services.sheerid.com/verify/XXXXXX/?verificationId=YYYYY]. After submitting my information, I continuously receive the error message.
Could you please review and help me complete the verification process? I have attached my official documents to prove my student status.

附件材料要求
发送邮件时务必带上附件！Google 要求提供的证明文件必须包含以下信息：
- 名 (First Name)
- 姓 (Last Name)
- 学校名称
- 签发日期或学期日期（最近三个月内，证明在读）
可接受的文件类型：
- 学费收据 (Tuition Receipt)
- 注有日期的学生证 (Dated Student ID)
- 学校门户网站截图（显示个人信息、已选课程，必须包含网页 URL）
- 入学确认函 / 系主任签发的信函 (Enrollment Verification Letter)
- 成绩单 (Transcript)
个人实测：我提交了学校门户截图 + 成绩单 + Offer Letter，顺利通过验证。
